Tamirlan (Tim) Asanbekov is a Moscow-based actor, graduating this year from GITIS (Russian Institute of Theatre Arts) under the renowned professor Alexey Blokhin. His training has shaped him into a versatile performer, equally comfortable in drama, musical theatre, and action-driven roles.
A trained vocalist and dancer, Tim also plays guitar and piano, which gives him a strong edge in multidisciplinary projects. His athletic background is more than just a hobby – he regularly practices combat sports and recently portrayed a fighter in a festival short film, blending his physical skills with dramatic intensity.
Beyond Russia, Tim has toured as a theatre actor in China and India, where he discovered a deep appreciation for cross-cultural storytelling. These experiences fuelled his ambition to work internationally in film, bridging Eastern and Western sensibilities.
