Johnny Torvich
I am 27 years old.
I was born in a small town far from Moscow, but my love for cinema and acting led me, at age 16, to one of the best acting schools in the country, « The Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School of Maly Theater», which I successfully graduated from in 2020. Afterward, I was signed by a wonderful agency, with which we’re working to achieve our goals and aspirations.
Over the years, from when I first enrolled until now, I have acquired many skills.
I can dance in genres ranging from medieval to ballet and contemporary.
I play soccer, basketball, volleyball, and many other sports.
I can sing.
I can improvise.
I have a good memory.
And of course I also have acting experience, I've worked my way up from extras and cameo roles to supporting roles in feature films and TV series. I've also appeared in many short films where I play the lead part.
And I will keep improving every day.

I love what I do with all my heart, because thanks to it, I become a better version of myself with every new project. There were times when I had to take on other jobs, and it broke my heart every single time.
Every role, whether at the theater institute or on set, has helped me understand myself better and explore new horizons. There have been times in my life when everything seemed bleakbleak, at such moments, I go to the movie theater, and it heals many of my wounds. Especially when I watch those actors who are a great source of inspiration for me: Charlie Chaplin, Joaquin Phoenix, Al Pacino, and many others—the list goes on and on. I believe that cinema is the most humane form of healing for people, it heals not only those who watch it, but also those who make it.
The best decision I’ve ever made in my life was choosing to become an actor. I’m incredibly happy, and every time I think about it, I feel a surge of energy—even now, as I’m writing this.
My goal is to break down the boundaries of my creativity. I’m dying to work with the best professionals in the film industry—those who share my passion for creativity. That’s exactly why I want to break into the international market, and I’ll do everything in my power to make it happen, especially since I’ve already had experience auditioning for major global studio projects, which means roles will follow.
Thank you for reading, this stream of thoughts could go on forever, but I need to get to work.
Love and kindness,
