Alexey Zolotovitskii is an actor, theater director, and musician.
Education:
2008 — M.Sc. in International Journalism, Lomonosov Moscow State University
2015 — M.A. in Theater Directing and Acting, Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS)
Since 2015, Alexey has directed more than twenty productions in various theaters, including the Bolshoi Theatre and Gesher Theatre, among others. He has worked as both actor and director in Russia, Poland, Latvia, Israel, and the United States.
Alexey is a Professor of Acting at the Department of Musical Theatre, Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS), and at the Moscow Art Theatre School.
As an actor, he is best known for: Volshebnyy uchastok (The Magic District), Ya tebya lyublyu — Je t'aime (I love you — Je t'aime), Posledniy ministr, 257 prichin chtoby zhit’ (257 Reasons to Live), and others.
